Subscriptions are used so that the employee is able to view the relevant service information. If employees are unable to see any service users, but roles and groups are correct, it could be because they are not subscribed to the service. Alternatively, if you have an employee service and a branch administrator is unable to see employee records, they may not be subscribed to the correct service.
πNote: If the user has Subscribe next to their name, they do not have access. If they have Unsubscribe, they do have access to the record.
Subscribe
To subscribe an employee to a service, follow these simple steps:
Click the three-line menu.
Click Configuration.
Click Services, and select the relevant service.
Click subscriptions.
Find the employee.
Click subscribe if it says subscribe.
Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe an employee from a service, follow these simple steps:
