We're pleased to release Android v7.6.2, which reintroduces the features originally released for v7.6.0, along with important bug fixes addressing increased data volumes within the application.

Following the release of v7.6.1, which reverted to v7.5.7 functionality, to mitigate the issue of the increased data volumes, this version ensures that Body Maps and Access Identity Authentication are available.

Please note that while the Body Maps feature is included in this mobile release, server-side enablement is awaiting the complete rollout of v7.6.2, and it requires service-side activation. Once fully deployed, users on older mobile versions may see Body Maps as raw JSON, and editing forms with Body Maps from unsupported versions may cause compatibility issues on the web.

New features

  • Body Maps Integration - Care providers can now engage directly with body maps within forms on the ACP mobile app, streamlining documentation and enhancing care delivery workflows.

  • Access Identity Authentication - Mobile users now have the ability to authenticate via Access Identity, providing enhanced security and simplified login processes across the platform.

  • Data Health Check Extension - Added an extension to the Data Health Check feature to identify and automatically correct invalid links between visits and service users.

Bug fixes

We've addressed an issue where in certain circumstances, increased data volumes within the application were generated. Additionally, it includes the fixes from the original v7.6.0 release:

  • Fixed the PRN button crash that was affecting app stability.

  • Addressed data loss issues occurring with table interactions.

  • Corrected activity description mismatches between mobile and web platforms.

How this version will be made available

The rollout for this update will start on July 17th.
