We are pleased to announce the release of Android 7.7.5. This release focuses on sending form instructions to Smart Notes for a more accurate care note generation.
New Features
Send form instructions to Smart Notes
Form and field instructions are now automatically sent to the Smart Notes AI engine, improving transcription accuracy and field mapping dramatically.
How it works:
Instructions added to forms in the web builder (both form-level and field-level) are now included in every Smart Notes AI request
The AI uses these instructions as context to understand where information should be placed
Care workers continue recording as normal - no change to their workflow required
What this means for you:
Improved accuracy in field population without retraining staff
Better understanding of complex form structures by the AI
Reduced the need for manual corrections after recording
Example: Adding an instruction like "Record the desired outcome in this field" helps the AI distinguish between outcomes and methods when processing speech. This feature is live now. Add instructions to your forms via the web builder, sync your devices, and experience improved Smart Notes accuracy immediately.
How this version will be made available
This update will be made available through the App Store starting December 8th.
