If you need to add an activity that only happens on a particular day or days, you can add a custom schedule by following these steps:
Add a custom schedule
Click the three-line menu, then click service user records.
Select the relevant service user record.
Click care plans, then find the relevant care plan.
Add the new activity or medication.
Select the custom schedule checkbox.
Select the relevant checkboxes for the days the activity needs to be completed.
You can also add a time frame for when the activity needs to be completed.
Click save.
Add a custom schedule to an existing activity
Click the three-line menu, then click service user records.
Select the relevant service user record.
Click care plans, then find the relevant care plan.
Find the relevant activity and click the edit icon.
Select the custom schedule checkbox.
Select the relevant checkboxes for the days the activity needs to be completed.
You can also add a time frame for when the activity needs to be completed.
Click Save.
End dates on custom schedule
If you have custom schedules for activities on a care plan without an end date, ending or updating the care plan will automatically end the custom schedule. This will need to be re-added to the new care plan.
