Carers have three convenient options for logging into a visit: manually, by scanning a QR code, or using an NFC tag. You can set these up in the settings, where you can select one or more options to be available.
Where there's multiple options, the carer receives a prompt to select the preferred method for logging in.
Here's a breakdown of the options available.
Manual | Allows carers to start or end a visit without using any verification method. |
QR code | Carers scan a QR code assigned to the client to log in, generated through Access Care Rostering or Webroster.
If the QR code scan fails three times, carers receive a prompt to log in manually. |
NFC tag | Carers to scan an NFC tag associated with the client. These tags can be purchased directly from Access and provide a quick, contactless way to verify visits. |
