Complete visits on the mobile app

In this article, we explain how to complete visits on the mobile app.

When visits have been allocated to you you'll be able to see then under the visits tab on the Access Care Planning app.

To complete the visits, you'll first need to log in. This can be done using one of three methods: manual, QR code, or NFC tag. Tap Start Visit, then select the relevant option to log in to the visit.

Once you have logged in, you may see a list of activities that you need to complete during your visit. To complete these, follow these simple steps.

  1. Tap the activity.

  2. Select the relevant option, e.g. complete or not complete.

  3. Add a note if needed, then tap confirm.

⚠️Important: All activities must be marked as complete or not complete to end a visit, and a visit note must be added.

Once the activities have been completed, you'll need to add your visit note. Then tap End Visit, and log out again manually, with a QR code, or with an NFC tag.
