Activities can be completed in a number of ways, they can be completed via the web console, live view or the Access Care Planning app. They can be completed by people they are assigned to e.g. in a visit or by a web access user.
Web console
From the web console, you can complete your activities from the main activities dashboard or via the service user record.
Activities dashboard
Click the three line menu, then click Activities.
Click the ALL ACTIVITIES tab.
Use the right hand panel to select a date frame.
Select the relevant activity.
Select Complete or not complete and add a comment if required.
Service users record
Click the three line menu, then click Service User Records.
Select the relevant service user record.
From the left-hand panel, select Activities.
Click the ALL ACTIVITIES tab.
Use the right hand panel to select a date frame.
Select the relevant activity.
Select Complete or not complete and add a comment if required.
Service user visits
If you need to complete activities for a visit, you can also do this by amending the visit. Ideally, we recommend doing one of the above before this one, as when you amend the visit, you must enter the start and end times of the visit, and it will display that the visit has been amended by the person who made the amendments.
Click the three line menu, then click Service User Records.
Select the relevant service user record.
Click Visits, then use the date field to select the relevant date.
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the visit.
🤓Tip: If you can't see the three dots, it means the visit has been completed or can no longer be amended. To change this, follow this handy guide.
Click Amend visit, then enter the Actual start and end date and time.
Click Next, then select Complete or not complete and add a comment if required.
Live View
Live view can only be viewed 24 hours at a time. There is a toggle in the left hand corner to change the hours displayed from 3 hours to 24 hours.To complete activities on the live view follow these simple steps:
Click the three line menu, then click Live View.
On the right hand panel you will see all activities for the time period selected.
Click the relevant activity.
Select Complete or not complete and add a comment if required.
Access Care Planning app
Completing activities on the app can be done for activates that are linked to a care plan or ad-hoc activities.
📌Note: Admin activities can only be completed on the web console and not on the app.
Care plan activities
Care plan activities are set on the web console and can be completed by carers on the app when they attend a visit.
Log in to the care visit, then tap the activity.
Tap complete, then add an activity note.
📌Note: Visits can't be ended if activities have not been acknowledged as complete or not complete.
If you don't use care plans
You can also complete these activities if you don't use care plans, as long as you have the activity tab showing for carers in tenant preferences.
📌Note: Tenant administrators always have access to this tab.
Log in to the app, then click activities.
Search for the activity or click on the relevant one.
Select complete or not complete.
If required, add activity notes.
Ad-hoc activity
To create and complete ad-hoc activities follow these steps:
Log in to the app, then click into the visit.
Click Add an ad-hoc activity, then click the relevant activity.
If required, add activity notes, then click confirm.
