If you need to view previous or visit details, such as who attended the visit, which activities were completed, and any visit notes that were left, you can do this on the Access Care Planning app if you have visibility to the client's visit or the cases tab.
Clients visit
To view the previous and future visit details from a visit, follow these steps:
Tap the visit.
Tap Previous & Future Visits.
Select the relevant tab.
Scroll up on the page to see more visits.
Cases tab
You can view previous and future visit notes in the cases tab. If you do not have access to the cases tab, you can enable this by following this handy guide.
From the bottom panel, tap the Cases tab.
In the top right, tap the three dots.
Tap Follow Cases.
Search for the relevant service user.
Tap Visits, and select the relevant tab.
Scroll up on the page to see more visits.
