Login details
In order to log in to the Access Care Planning app, you need to have your server, username and PIN. To view these, follow these simple steps:
πNote: The username can not be amended.
Click the three-line menu.
Click Configuration, then Employee.
Select the relevant employee.
Here you'll see their username and PIN.
The server is your cloud number, so you'd enter cloudx, replacing the x with your cloud number, which can be found in the URL bar.
Change login PIN
If you need to change the PIN, you can do this by following these simple steps:
Click the three-line menu.
Click Configuration, then Employee.
Select the relevant employee.
Click Edit, then change the PIN.
Click Update.
Login to the app
Once you have your login details, enter them on the login page and tap sign in. Once you sync in, your device does an initial sync, and then it shows you your visits or case files.
