This is a helpful guide to show next of kin users how to log in and navigate around the Access Care Planning app and view their family members' records.

Log in
Firstly, you'll need to download the Access Care Planning app and provide the care providers with the device ID number so that they can register your device.
To log in to the app, you'll need your server, username and PIN, which the care providers provide.
Once you have this information, follow these steps.
Add the server, username and PIN.
Tap LOGIN, then if prompted, tap Allow Location.
Tap SYNC, then tap the Notifications tab.
Make sure that the device syncs.
Tap the Cases tab, then in the top right tap the three dots.
Tap Follow Cases.
Type your family member's name, then tap Search.
π€Tip: Only type the first three letters of their name; otherwise, it might not find the file.
Tap the case file and wait until the folder turns green.
Tap the case file, which then opens the case file where you can view their visits.
