You don’t need to be connected to the internet to use all features of the Access Care Planning app. If you need to save data while working, you can operate offline.

However, you do need an internet connection to log in to the app and to sync your device. Before going offline, make sure to download the case files you’ll be working on. Once that’s done, you can switch off mobile data or enable aeroplane mode. This allows you to continue completing forms for the downloaded case files and submit them.

When you reconnect to the internet, your device will automatically sync and send the completed data to the web console.
