You can change the data retention policy on the Access Care Planning app. This allows carers to see more previous visits and activities for the service user. This has to be changed on each device and can't be done in bulk.
⚠️Important: This setting doesn't allow carers to view more than seven days' worth of visits.
Data retention policy is set to seven days by default. To change this, follow these simple steps on the Access Care Planning app:
Tap the three-line menu.
Tap Settings, then tap Data Retention Policy.
Select the number of days you need.
Sync the device.
