Audit care plans

In this article, we explain how you can audit care plans and see when activities were added and by whom.

You can audit care plans in one of two ways: on the audits, you are able to see when medication or activities were added and who added them to the care plan.

To do this, follow these simple steps:

Audit view

Selecting the audit view lets you see when activities have been amended and who amended them. To do this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the three-line menu.

  2. Under Services, click Service User Records.

  3. Select the relevant service user.

  4. From the left-hand panel, select Care Plans.

  5. In the top right, change the default view to audit view.


Audit via magnifying glass

Using the magnifying glass icon gives you more details about description changes to activities, if the medication dosage was changed, and alert notification changes.

  1. Click the three-line menu.

  2. Under Services, click Service User Records.

  3. Select the relevant service user.

  4. From the left-hand panel, select Care Plans.

  5. Click the magnifying glass icon.Magnifying glass

  6. Click on each entry for more details.
