If you use a rostering system that integrates with Access Care Planning, such as Access Care Rostering or Access People Planner, you can end the service requirement in your rostering system, which removes the care plan from Access Care Planning.
To add an end date, follow these steps in your rostering system:
Click Service User, then click Service User.
Click Find, then select the relevant service user.
Click Care Visits, then select the relevant service order.
Click Service Requirement Details.
Select the correct service requirement.
Add an end date, then click Save.
π€Tip: If you already have an end date, remove it and add it again.
Once this has been done, after about 10 minutes, the care plan will be made inactive on your Access Care Planning.
