If you don't have an external rostering system that integrates with Access Care Planning, such as Access Care Rostering, you can create and delete care plans.
Create care plans
To create care plans, follow these simple steps.
Click the three-line menu, then click service user records.
Select the relevant service user, then click care plans.
Click the plus icon.
Fill out all the relevant information. See the table below for details.
Click save.
Field | Description |
Name | The name of the care plan. |
Case Plans ID | This is the care plan ID. |
Description | Description of the care plan. |
Start Date | The date the care plan starts. |
End Date | The date the care plan ends. |
Start Time | The start time of the care plan. |
End Time | The end time of the care plan. |
Days to give | Check the box of which days the care plan is needed. |
Frequency | How often does the care plan occur? |
Delete care plans
If you need to delete a care plan, follow these steps.
Click the three-line menu, then click service user records.
Select the relevant service user, then click care plans.
Locate the correct care plan, then click the bin icon. ποΈ
