Visits can be created either directly within Access Care Planning or through your existing rostering system. If you use a rostering system, we recommend creating visits there first. This ensures they automatically transfer into Access Care Planning, maintaining consistency and saving time.
πNote: Visits created in Access Care Planning do not sync back to your rostering system.
If you don't use a rostering system or you need to create the visit directly in Access Care Planning, follow these simple steps.
Click the three-line menu.
Click Visits, then click New Visit.
Add the visit details, then click Create.
Omce the visit is created this can be found in the service users profile to do this follow these steps.
Click the three-line menu.
Select the relevant service, then select the service user.
From the left-hand panel, click Visits.
Select the relevant date. Here you'll see the new visits.
