You can download visits, including the activities, activity notes, visit notes, and start and end times, from the service user's record. This downloads a PDF document which you can print, email or save.
To do this, follow these simple steps:
đNote: If the selected date range is too large, the download may take longer. We recommend breaking the range into smaller periods.
Click the three-line menu.
Select the relevant service and service user.
From the left-hand panel, select Visits.
Use the calendar field to select the date range.
To download the PDF, click the download
icon.
