Within the tenant preferences, you have the flexibility to configure the booking thresholds for visit check-ins and check-outs. This setting determines how early or late a carer can log in or out of a scheduled visit.
For example, if a visit is scheduled for 7:30 AM, you can allow carers to check in up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time. This would be the same for checking out of a visit, if the visit ends at 8:30 AM you can set a 30 minuet threshold.
To do this, follow these simple steps:
Click the three-line menu.
Click Configuration, then click Tenant.
Click Preferences.
Under App preferences, look for the four settings, such as how far in advance and how long after the planned end time.
Enter the number of minutes for each threshold.
Click Update.
