You can import forms into Access Care Planning as long as they are JSON files with an Access Care Planning template. If another branch or company has a form you want to use they can export the form and you can import it into your system.
Export a form
To export a form, follow these simple steps:
Click the three-line menu.
Click Configuration, then click Forms.
Select the form you want to export.
Click Export form.
This downloads a file in a JSON format to your normal downloads folder.
Import a form
To import a form, follow these simple steps:
Click the three-line menu.
Click Configuration, then click Forms.
Click Import form.
Select the JSON file and click Open.
