Update what branch administrators have access to

In this article, we will explain how you can update what branch administrators have the ability to access on the system.

Tenant administrators can amend what a branch administrator can view when they click on configuration. To do this follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the three-line menu.

  2. Click Configuration, then click Tenant.

  3. Click Preferences.

  4. Scroll to the bottom until you see Branch Administrator Access with tick boxes.

  5. Check the boxes you'd like the Branch Administrators to have access to.

  6. Click Update.
