Address location showing incorrectly

If an address appears incorrectly, there could be couple of reasons for this. Start by verifying that the address matches the one listed in your rostering system, paying close attention to the house number, postcode, and spelling. Next, ensure the same address is correctly entered in Access Care Planning. Finally, confirm that the location aligns with what appears on Google Maps.

Check the latitude and longitude

If all of the above is correct, check the latitude and longitude match with Google Maps. To do this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the three-line menu.

  2. Under service, select the relevant service for the service user.

  3. Select the relevant service user record.

  4. From the left-hand panel, click their name.

  5. Check the latitude and longitude.

  6. If this is incorrect, click Edit.

  7. Click Autofill Latitude & Longitude, or enter it manually.

  8. Click Update.
