We're pleased to announce the release of Access Care Planning Mobile 7.5.3 for Android.

This update brings significant improvements to sync performance, allowing users to access the information they need more quickly and reliably. Additionally, this release includes various bug fixes to enhance overall system stability and user experience.

⚠️ Important: As of v7.5, the app now requires Android 10 as the minimum Android operating system.

We appreciate your continued support and feedback as we strive to make Access Care Planning Mobile even better.

Improvements

  • Faster Sync Times: We've optimised our sync process, resulting in an up to 70% improvement in the time to sync data between Access Care Planning Mobile and Access Care Planning.


Bug fixes

  • We have corrected issues regarding device login.

  • We have resolved issues around the date of birth field.

  • We have fixed issues relating to visit display.

  • We have addressed issues in case downloads.

  • We have resolved issues around activities in visits.

  • We have fixed sync issues in the Mobile App.

  • We have addressed issues with activity descriptions.


How this version will be made available

This update is available from 12 February, and released to customers over February and March 2025.
