Perform a regular sync.
Contact your Account Manager if the issue persists.
Recording stopped unexpectedly
Check the internet connection.
Ensure the device didn't lock during recording.
Keep app in foreground during recording.
Upload failed
Do not force-close the app.
Check the internet connection.
Keep the app running in the background.
Upload will resume when the connection returns.
Form draft not generated
Ensure recording was completed successfully.
Wait for the upload to complete fully.
Check that the form was Smart Notes-enabled before recording.
