Can't see "Create Voice Recording" button

  • Ensure Smart Notes is enabled for your tenant.

  • Update to the latest app version (iOS 7.7+, Android 7.7+).

  • Perform a regular sync.

  • Contact your Account Manager if the issue persists.

Recording stopped unexpectedly

  • Check the internet connection.

  • Ensure the device didn't lock during recording.

  • Keep app in foreground during recording.

Upload failed

  • Do not force-close the app.

  • Check the internet connection.

  • Keep the app running in the background.

  • Upload will resume when the connection returns.

Form draft not generated

  • Ensure recording was completed successfully.

  • Wait for the upload to complete fully.

  • Check that the form was Smart Notes-enabled before recording.
