If the visits section is missing a 24-hour visit, which contains daily logs of all historical and future visits scheduled for a client, the likely cause is the filter dates setting.
For instance, if you schedule a visit to start on 1 January at 00:00 and end on 2 January at 00:00, the system wonβt display the visit if you filter only for 1 January. The system recognises that the visit starts from 1 January to 2 January, so you must include both dates in the filters to display the whole visit.
