The visit check in and check out information available on your Access Care Planning app is dependent on the time zone setting of your device.

If your app is showing incorrect check-in and check-out information which doesnโ€™t relate to the time displayed on your device, then you must check that you have the correct time zone settings on your device.

This is a very common scenario that happens if you have travelled to a different country and hence changed your device's time zone.
