Access Care Planning

ACP Server version 8.2.9.2 addresses two issues identified in 8.2.9 and 8.2.9.1. This update restores correct behaviour for table-based form submissions and resolves a recurring issue with care and medication activities not generating from care plans. This release also includes a new feature for Smart Notes.

Server v8.2.9.2 will be released to all customer environments on 11th June at 11 PM (BST).

Smart Notes Usage Report -- Comprehensive usage reporting showing Smart Notes recording consumption by branch and form for cost allocation and billing management.

Geofencing Administration -- Location-based attendance verification to prevent clock-in/out attempts when caregivers are outside defined geographical boundaries of client locations.

Evo Tab Integration -- Access Care Planning embedded directly in the Evo tab for seamless navigation across Access products.

AI Visit Note Summary -- AI-generated summaries of recent visit notes displayed in the mobile app, helping carers quickly understand care history before starting their shift without reading through multiple individual entries.
