You can assign specific activity codes, such as administered, prompted, or not required, to each medication, helping to accurately reflect how it's managed. These codes can be grouped into levels. For example, one level might include administered and not required, while another could include refused and administered.
Each medication level can be configured individually within a service userโs care plan. When adding a medication, simply select the appropriate level.
โ ๏ธImportant: Only Tenant administrators can set up activity codes and levels.

Click the three-line menu, then click Configuration.
Click Tenant, then click Activity Codes.
Click the plus icon on the relevant section you want to add too.
Add a code. This can only be three letters, for example, NR.

Click the three-line menu, then click Configuration.
Click Tenant, then click Activity Codes.

๐Note: When an activity code is deleted from the tenant list, it'll remove the code to be selected for future activity completions, but won't remove any historical data that contains that code.

Click the plus icon for levels, then add a medication level name.
Select which activity codes you want for each level.
