Archive a service user

In this article, we explain how to make a service user inactive, and how to archive their case file.

You can't delete a service user records from Access Care Planning, but you can make them inactive and archive their employee record.

Make a service user inactive

  1. Click the three-line menu.

  2. Under services, select the relevant service.

  3. Select the relevant service user.

  4. From the left-hand panel, click the service users name.

  5. In the top right, click Edit.

  6. Uncheck the Is Active? checkbox.

  7. Click Update.


Achieve a service user's record

  1. Click the three-line menu.

  2. Under service, select the relevant service.

  3. Select the relevant service user.

  4. Click the archive icon.

  5. Click OK.
