You can't delete a service user records from Access Care Planning, but you can make them inactive and archive their employee record.
Make an employee inactive
Click the three-line menu.
Under services, select the relevant service.
Select the relevant service user.
From the left-hand panel, click the service users name.
In the top right, click Edit.
Uncheck the Is Active? checkbox.
Click Update.
Achieve an employee record
Click the three-line menu.
Under service, select the relevant service.
Select the relevant service user.
Click the archive icon.
Click OK.
