You can't delete employee records from Access Care Planning, but you can make them inactive and archive their employee record.
Make an employee inactive
Click the three-line menu.
Click Configuration, then click Employee.
Select the relevant employee.
In the top right, click Edit.
Uncheck the Is Active? checkbox.
Click Update.
Achieve an employee record
Click the three-line menu.
Under service, select the relevant service.
Select the employee.
Click the archive icon.
Click OK.
