Active
If you need to make an old device active again or when setting the device up, Is Active? was not checked, you can do this by following these simple steps:
Click the three-line menu.
Click Configuration, then click Devices.
Click the Inactive tab, then select the relevant device.
Click Edit, then check the Is Active? checkbox.
Click Update.
Inactive
If you need to make a device inactive due to a member of staff leaving, you can do this by following these simple steps:
Click the three-line menu.
Click Configuration, then click Devices.
Select the relevant device.
Click Edit, then uncheck the Is Active? checkbox.
Click Update.
If you need to view the device after it has been made inactive, it shows under the inactive tab.
