When a client record is created in your rostering system, for example, Access Care Rostering, QR code information is automatically integrated with Access Care Planning once the client’s start date begins.
This is part of the standard functionality enabled by the integration between the two systems.
If a QR code isn’t working for a new client, it’s likely because it was printed before the client’s official start date. In such cases, the QR code needs to be reprinted after the start date to activate correctly.
