We are pleased to introduce ACP Server version 8.2.4, a release focused on enhancing system stability, improving user experience, and resolving critical customer-reported issues. This update delivers significant improvements to Smart Notes integration with ACP Mobile, enhanced Form handling capabilities, refined Automation Rules, and important security enhancements alongside performance optimizations.
New features
Smart Notes Form-Level Toggle – Tenant Administrators can now enable or disable Smart Notes functionality at the individual form level, providing greater control over AI-assisted note-taking features.

How this version will be made available
Access Care Planning Server v8.2.4 will begin rolling out to customer environments on 26th August 2025 at 23:00 (BST) and continue over the following 2 days.
