Overview
We are pleased to introduce ACP Server version 8.2.6, delivering two significant capabilities: Multi-Branch Access for Branch Administrators and Smart Notes Transcript Audit Trail. This release enables Branch Administrators to manage multiple branches from a single account, eliminating the need for duplicate user accounts, while enhancing compliance through comprehensive Smart Notes audit capabilities. Additionally, this release includes critical stability improvements and important customer-reported issue resolutions.
New Features
Multi-Branch Access for Branch Administrators – Branch Administrators can now be assigned to multiple branches within a single tenant, enabling unified access management across all assigned branches from one account.

Smart Notes Transcript Audit Trail – Smart Notes transcripts are now automatically stored and displayed in ACP Web Case History screen for CQC compliance purposes, enabling managers to review and verify voice-recorded assessment data directly within the web interface.
Please note: This functionality will only become operational with the release of ACP Mobile 7.7.4.
Improvements
Visit Synchronization – Resolved visit filtering logic that previously excluded visits not updated within 14 days, ensuring all active visits remain visible on user devices.
Other Employees Report Enhancement – Added Case ID, First Name, Last Name, and Relationship columns to the Other Employees Report for more comprehensive relationship tracking
eMAR Sheet Care Plan Identification – Added care plan identifiers to distinguish between medication activities from different care plans when the same prescription is used across multiple care plans with identical timing.
Support Community Link – Updated Support Community link to point to the latest help documentation portal.

How this version will be made available
