Overview

We are delighted to introduce ACP Server version 8.2.7, delivering Access Evo Copilot and Access Evo Feed integration capabilities. This release brings AI-powered care insights and real-time alerting within Access Evo, enabling care coordinators to quickly summarize visit notes, identify compliance risks, and receive notifications alongside other Access products. Additionally, this release introduces enhanced Smart Notes role-based permissions and improved GP Connect patient matching capabilities, alongside important stability improvements and customer-reported issue resolutions.

Note: Evo Copilot and Feeds will be enabled over the coming weeks. Full information on availability and usage will be shared soon.

New Features

  • Access Evo Copilot -- AI assistant now available to all customers using Access Evo and ACP, providing instant answers from your care data, including pre-visit briefing summaries and risk identification from visit notes to support compliance reviews.

  • Access Evo Feed Integration -- Evo Feed is now available as an option in both Automation Rules and Alert Notifications, enabling real-time alerts for missed visits, compliance deadlines, and key care events to appear in Evo Feed alongside other Access products.

  • Smart Notes Role-Based Permissions -- Tenant Administrators can now control Smart Notes access at the role level through Role Settings, enabling controlled access to specific user groups.
Note: This functionality is dependent on Smart Notes being enabled at both tenant and form levels.

  • Smart Notes AI Metadata Fields --Form components now support hidden metadata fields (up to 2000 characters) that provide AI-specific context to improve Smart Notes transcription accuracy without affecting user-visible content.

Improvements

  • Cookie Consent Management -- Intercom widget now loads as an essential cookie, ensuring customers can always access support regardless of cookie consent preferences.

  • GP Connect Patient Matching Enhancement -- First Name is now included as a mandatory field in Personal Demographic Service (PDS) validation searches alongside Last Name, Gender, and Date of Birth, improving patient matching accuracy when multiple patients share similar demographic details.
