Case view list

In this article, we explain how to edit your service user case view list.

The case view is where you can see all of your service users and information, such as which branch and area they are in. This information can be amended to what you want to see; for example, you can add their date of birth to this view.

To do this follow these steps.

  1. Click the three-line menu.

  2. Click Configuration, then click Service.

  3. Select the relevant service.

  4. Click Case List, then click Configure.

  5. In the top right of the table, click the plus icon to add a field.

  6. Add the case field from the drop-down and a label.

    πŸ“ŒNote: The label is what you want this field to be called, for example, if you add the date of birth but want it to read as DOB.

  7. To remove a field, click the bin icon.

  8. Click Update.
