You can record service users' allergies directly in their EMAR profiles. These entries are highlighted in a red box for quick visibility and are included when printing the records. You can also display the allergy field during visits, ensuring critical information is always accessible.

To do this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the three line menu.

  2. Click Configuration, then click Services.

  3. Select the relevant service name.

  4. Select the Fields tab, then click New Field.

  5. Select the relevant field type.

  6. Add the label. To view on a visit, select the Show in the visit details checkbox.

  7. From the Field Tag dropdown, select the relevant allergy.

πŸ€“Tip: If you already have an allergy field, edit the field using the pen icon and select a Field Tag.
