View employee app use

In this article, we will explain how you can view your employee's app usage in a report.

If you need visibility into who is signing in to the Access Care Planning app and when, you can generate a usage report that provides a detailed log of all login activity.

To do this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the three-line menu.

  2. Click Reports.

  3. Under Other Reports, select Usage Report.

  4. Select a month range.

  5. Under Action, click the download icon. Download icon

  6. Open the downloaded Excel spreadsheet.
