Medication audit

In this article, we will explain how to run a medication audit.

When you run a medication audit, this downloads an Excel spreadsheet containing the time and date the medication activity was completed, the activity code, the last comment added, and much more. You can break the report down into individual service users or by all service users.

All service users

To access the medication audit for all service users, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the three-line menu, then click Reports.

  2. Under Other Reports, select Activities.

  3. Select a date range.

    πŸ“ŒNote: The maximum date range is two weeks at a time.

  4. If required, select a branch and status.

  5. Check the Only medication activities checkbox.

  6. Click Submit.


Individual service user

To download the medication audit for individual service users, follow these steps:

  1. Click the three-line menu, then select the relevant service.

  2. Select the relevant service user record.

  3. From the left-hand panel, select Activities.

  4. From the right-hand side, select the date range.

  5. From the Medication & Standard Activities dropdown, select Medication Activities Only.

  6. Select the relevant statuses: Outstanding, Closed - Complete, Closed - Not Complete, Cancelled.

  7. Click the download icon.Download
