Adding forms to a visit can make your employees' lives easier. While completing the form during the visit isn't required unless selected to be, staff can easily access and complete forms from the visit screen when needed. Role permissions still need to be set for the employees to create the forms; to check the role settings, follow this handy guide.

⚠️Important: If a form is set to appear on a visit but the carer does not have create permissions, they can still create and submit the form via the app. However, it will be recorded as a deleted form in the system.

⚠️Important: You can only submit the form from the visit page once. If you try to submit the same form again, the system will overwrite the information, and the previously submitted form will disappear. You can create a new form in the case details.

To set this feature, a tenant administrator can follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the three-line menu.

  2. Click Configuration, then click Visit Types.

  3. Select the visit type you wish to associate the forms with.

  4. In the top right, click Edit.

  5. Select the forms you want to be visible.

  6. Click Update.
