Adding forms to a visit can make your employees' lives easier. While completing the form during the visit isn't required unless selected to be, staff can easily access and complete forms from the visit screen when needed.
⚠️Important: Forms associated with visit types can always be submitted from the mobile app, regardless of the carer's role permissions. However, if the carer does not have Edit permissions on the Case entity, the submitted form will not appear on the web interface or in the case file history. To check and configure the correct role permissions, follow this handy guide.
⚠️ Important: If the visit is not associated with a case file, forms submitted during the visit will not appear on the web interface, and automation rules will not trigger.
⚠️Important: You can only submit the form from the visit page once. If you try to submit the same form again, the system will overwrite the information, and the previously submitted form will disappear. You can create a new form in the case details.
To set this feature, a tenant administrator can follow these simple steps:
Click the three-line menu.
Click Configuration, then click Visit Types.
Select the visit type you wish to associate the forms with.
In the top right, click Edit.
Select the forms you want to be visible.
Click Update.
