When creating an activity report, you'll only see the last comment that was added to an activity. If there has been more than one comment added, you would need to view this by looking at the activity itself. You can do this by following these simple steps:
Service user record
Click the three-line menu.
Select the relevant service that the service user is under.
Select the relevant service user.
From the left-hand panel, select Activities.
From the right-hand panel, use the search and date function to find the activity.
Click on the activity, and here you'll see all the comments added.
