Clear and timely communication is essential, especially during high-impact incidents or unexpected product downtime. To help you stay informed, we’ve introduced a Status Dashboard that provides real-time visibility into your products' health and performance.

Each company will receive a unique dashboard link. If you haven’t received yours yet, please raise a Support Case and we’ll ensure it’s sent to you promptly.

With the Status Dashboard, you can:

  • Subscribe to product alerts for new events, including high-priority incidents and scheduled maintenance.

  • Access a centralised view of current and historical events affecting your products.

  • Receive detailed updates as we investigate root causes and share preventative measures.

View the dashboard

  1. Click the link to the dashboard that was sent to you by support.

  2. In the top right corner, select your time zone.

The Dashboard will show you a rolling seven days of product performance. You'll see different statuses depending on incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during the seven-day period.

The detailed Service History can show all products in a group.

The dashboard also shows a calendar view by-product with different statuses depending on incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during the selected period.

  • Statuses include:

    • Service is operating normally

    • Performance issues

    • Service disruption

  • To view more information, click on the event.

  • Any planned maintenance events will be shown at the top of the dashboard.
