Overview
We are pleased to share a new update as part of our ongoing preparations for MINT v2.0. This MINT version brings important improvements to help care providers meet Local Authority compliance requirements and support multi-site operations more effectively. This release enhances visit tracking accuracy and introduces the capability to connect multiple Access People Planner environments to a single ACP tenant, enabling organizations with multiple operational sites to manage care planning from one central system.
Please note: The new features in this release are dependent on corresponding updates to Access People Planner and will become fully operational following the release of those APP updates.
New Features
Multi-Environment People Planner Integration -- Enterprise care providers can now connect multiple People Planner operational environments to a single ACP tenant, enabling consolidated care planning across multiple sites with complete data integrity.
Note: This feature requires configuration by our development team. Please contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to discuss your multi-environment requirements.
Improvements
ECM Timestamp Precision -- Visit timestamps now include second-level precision for accurate Electronic Call Monitoring reporting and Local Authority compliance.
GPS Location Tracking -- Book on and book off events now capture GPS coordinates (longitude and latitude) for enhanced visit verification and location-based compliance.
Visit Verification Status Indicators -- MINT now transmits the booking method used to Access People Planner to enable proper classification of verified versus unverified visits.
Manual Entry Detection -- System automatically identifies and flags visits that have been manually edited through the web portal, ensuring accurate compliance reporting to Local Authorities.
How this version will be made available
MINT will be released to all customer environments on 26th November at 08:00 AM (UTC).
