ACP Server version 8.2.8.3 introduces in-product feature feedback for Forms Submission and Live View in ACP Web. After completing key actions, users may now see a brief, optional feedback prompt — responses will directly shape future product improvements. This release also addresses an issue where users could access case files without the required permissions, ensuring that only authorised users with the correct role assignments can view client records.

New Features

  • Feature Feedback Prompts — After submitting a form or interacting with Live View in ACP Web, users may now see a brief, optional feedback prompt. Responses are used by the product team to understand how users experience these features and to guide future improvements. The prompts are lightweight and non-blocking — they do not interrupt care workflows.

Bug Fixes

  • We have resolved a defect regarding case file access permissions.
