Access Analytics provides pre-built operational dashboards for Access Care Planning (ACP) through the Evo Platform. You can view insights into visit performance, activity tracking, and Smart Notes usage without any technical setup. Your Evo organisation administrator must grant you access before you can use Analytics.
ACP data syncs automatically overnight, so dashboards show the previous day's data each morning. All data is read-only and filtered to the branches you are assigned to in ACP.
⚠️ Important: You need an active ACP account linked to Evo and Analytics access granted by your Evo organisation administrator.
Access Analytics dashboards
Log in to your Evo Platform account.
Click Access Button.
Click Products, then click Analytics.
Click Dashboards in the left menu, then filter by the ACP tag to see the three Access Care Planning dashboards.
Click the dashboard you want to view.
📌 Note: If you have an Evo account but your ACP account is not linked to it (for example, if you use Evo for other Access products), the dashboards appear but do not display any data. Once your ACP account is linked, data appears after the next nightly sync.
Visit Service Delivery dashboard
Track visit performance and identify service delivery issues across your organisation.
Visit Duration Variance: Bar chart comparing scheduled vs actual visit duration for completed visits. Colour-coded by variance level (red and green).
Missed & Late Visits by Branch: Stacked bar chart showing on-time, late, and missed visits broken down by branch.
Visit Completion Rates by Branch: Line chart of completion rates over time, broken down by branch.
You can filter by branch, carer, and date range. You can export views to Excel.
Activity Performance Analysis dashboard
Monitor care delivery quality and resource allocation across your organisation.
Overdue Activities Requiring Attention: Pie chart showing overdue activities broken down by urgency (one to three days, four to seven days, more than seven days).
Activity Completion Rates by Branch: Line chart of completion rates over time, broken down by branch.
Activity Category Ratio: Pie chart showing the split between care and administrative activities.
Peak Demand Heatmap: Table showing activity volume by hour of day and day of the week, helping identify peak demand periods for better scheduling.

Smart Notes Usage dashboard
Understand Smart Notes usage and manage recording costs across your organisation.
Total Smart Note Recording Time by Branch (Duration): Line chart of total recording duration over time, broken down by branch. Duration is displayed in hours.

Permissions and data visibility
Your Evo organisation administrator controls which users can see Analytics. Analytics is not enabled for all users by default.
Dashboard data is restricted to the branches you are assigned to in ACP. If you need to see data from additional branches, contact your Tenant Administrator.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see any data in my dashboards?
This typically happens because:
Your ACP account is not linked to your Evo account. You may have an Evo account for other Access products, but ACP dashboards need your ACP account to be specifically linked. Once linked, data appears after the next nightly sync.
You recently linked your ACP account. Allow one overnight sync cycle for data to populate.
Your Evo administrator has not provisioned Analytics access for you.
Can I see real-time data in Analytics?
No. Dashboards refresh overnight and show the previous day's data. For real-time visit and activity status, use ACP directly.
Is individual carer performance data visible?
No. Individual carer performance metrics are not included to maintain GDPR compliance.
What if I have multiple ACP subscriptions?
Analytics supports multi-subscription environments through the standard Evo multi-subscription structure.
Will there be more dashboards in the future?
The current release includes three core dashboards. Additional dashboards and features may be added in future releases.
