In our 7.1 release of the mobile app, we’ve applied stricter permissions against the case files. This means that carers without the view permissions for case details can no longer view these details if they have an upcoming visit associated with the client.
To resolve this, you need to update the carer’s role permissions to include the view option for case details. Follow these simple steps to update.
Click the three-line menu,
Click Configuration, then click Services.
Click the service you need, then click Roles.
Click Edit for the role you require.
Select the View checkbox for the Case Details field.
Click Update and select the All Cases checkbox.
Click Submit.
Once done, ask carers to perform a clean sync on their device.
