If you have forgotten your password, or if this is the first time you need to log in or link your account to Access Evo, you'll need to reset your password. This needs to be completed by the user, and they must have the correct email linked to their profile.
To reset your password, follow these simple steps from the Access Care Planning login screen:
Click Forgotten your password?.
Enter your Access Care Planning username.
Click Submit.
A password reset link is sent to the email address associated with your account. If no email is received, consult your internal IT team to ensure emails from Access Care Planning are not being blocked.
