Missing Access Care Planning wizard

In this article, we explain what to do if the Access Care Planning wizard doesn't appear when linking to Access Evo.

This guide is a complement to the master knowledge guide linking a user's Access Care Planning account to their Access Evo Account. Please refer to the master knowledge article guide first.

If the first try to link the accounts following the master knowledge guide was unsuccessful, and the Access Care Planning Wizard did not appear, resulting in the system automatically logging the user into the Access Care Planning account, proceed with the following steps.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you use a shared computer, make sure to log out of all accounts for Access Care Planning or Access Evo and clear the cookies and cache before beginning. This helps prevent an Access Care Planning user account from being mistakenly linked to someone else's Access Evo account.

  1. Log in to your Access Evo Account using your Access Evo authentication details on the website https://go.accessacloud.com.

  2. Open a new tab in your browser and access your Access Care Planning account by visiting the website www.cloudx.mobizio.com. Make sure to replace x with your specific cloud number.

  3. Once logged into Access Care Planning, click your name at the top right of the screen and select Manage Account.

  4. Click Access Account.

  5. Click Add Link.

  6. Refresh your browser, sign in to Access Evo, and select the Access button located at the top-left corner of the screen to access your applications.

  7. You should now see Access Care Planning listed under the Access button. Click on it to access the Access Care Planning Cloud server environment.
