Access Care Planning receives updates of all visits scheduled for the next three days every 15 minutes. This means that your rota for the next three days is always up to date. All other updates of future visits are sent every 24 hours. Therefore, if your coordinator has just made changes to a future visit, it should appear on your device after 24 hours.
