Overview
You can view documents associated with a case directly within the mobile app. This allows you to access important files and information while providing care. You need an internet connection to view documents.
View documents for a case
Open the case you want to view documents for.
Tap Documents.
Browse the available documents and folders.
Tap a document to open it.
The document opens within the app, allowing you to read and review the content.
Note: If you don't see the Documents option, you may not have permission to view documents for this case.
View document details
When you open a document, you can see:
Case name
File name
Document description
Who uploaded the document
The date of the upload
Document formats
You can view various document types, including:
PDF files
Image files
Word documents
Text documents
Json files
Mp3
Mp4
.pptx, .ppt
.xlsx, .xls
CSV
Offline access
Documents require an active internet connection. If you go offline:
You'll see a message that documents are only available while online
Tap Retry to check for documents once your connection is restored
Tap Cancel to return to the previous screen
Documents cannot be downloaded to your device or shared outside the app for security reasons.
Troubleshooting
If documents don't load:
Check your internet connection
Tap Retry to attempt loading again
Contact support if problems persist
