To view case files on the app, you need to either be a tenant administrator or have the view cases tab selected in the tenant preferences.
To follow cases, follow these simple steps.
When logged in tap cases.
In the top right, tap the three dots.
Tap follow cases.
Search for the service user record.
🤓Tip: Type the first three letters rather than the full name.
Tap the case to download it.
Tap the case again to open.
